Every Glass Has a Story
Some glasses arrived from a brewery still working today. Others outlived the brewery whose name they carry. A glass records how a beer was meant to be served, who served it, and sometimes a place that no longer exists.
The special pieces are documented one at a time, with history added only once it can be verified.

Duplicates are made for swapping
Duplicate glasses, coasters, labels, bottle openers and other breweriana are kept aside for trades with fellow collectors. Nothing is sold — pieces move by exchange.

How it all started
One Bitburger, one kind waiter
On holiday in Italy in June 2002, a draught Bitburger arrived in a branded glass with a golden logo. The waiter allowed it to be kept. By the end of the trip, more than ten glasses came home.
